Section C.9.1. Generally.
   Charges against any person holding an office or place of employment in the department of police service of the city of Enid may be filed by the chief or head of the department in which the person against whom such charges are made is employed, or by any other person.
   Such charge shall be investigated by or before the civil service commission. All charges must be in writing, signed and duly verified by the person making the same. No member of the department of police can be dismissed from service until proven guilty of charges previously brought, in the manner hereinafter provided. [Ord., 4-19-1937]
