13-3-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state of Oklahoma has, in 82 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1601 through 1618, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city does hereby adopt this stormwater management chapter. (Ord. 2009-01, 1-6-2009)
