13-1-7: CITY OF ENID FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE:
The City of Enid establishes the following fee schedule not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one service:
   A.   Notice of intent fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00) maximum.
   B.   Floodplain development permit application review: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
   C.   Floodplain development permit fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00).
   D.   Inspection fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00) per inspection. (Ord. 2019-05, 4-16-2019, eff. 6-7-2019)
