12-8-2: SUBMITTAL:
One electronic copy and ten (10) copies of the final plat, five (5) copies of the sanitary sewer construction plans, five (5) copies of the water construction plans, two (2) copies of the construction plans and pay quantities for the street and drainage improvements, two (2) copies of the pay quantities for the sanitary sewer, and two (2) copies of the pay quantities for the water shall be submitted to the community development department no later than two (2) weeks prior to the planning commission meeting at which the plat and plans are to be considered for approval. The final plat shall be signed and sealed by a licensed land surveyor, registered in the state of Oklahoma, and the first page of each of the plans for streets and drainage, water and sanitary sewer, shall be signed and sealed by a registered professional engineer, registered in the state of Oklahoma.
