A. Plan Preparation: Plans for the improvements herein required shall be prepared by a qualified engineer, registered in the state of Oklahoma. All sanitary sewer improvements shall be constructed by the subdivider at no cost to the city, except when the city requires sewer pipeline sizes in excess of that which is necessary to serve the subdivision, the excess cost shall be paid by the city, if funds are available. Two (2) sets of prints of the proposed plans and specifications for all improvements shall be filed with the director of engineering services.
B. Public Sanitary Sewer Accessible: Where a public sanitary sewer is accessible, that is, when any portion of the subdivision is within one thousand three hundred twenty feet (1,320') of a sanitary sewer line, each lot within the subdivided area shall be provided with a connection thereto. All connections shall be subject to the approval of the director of engineering services.
C. As Built Plans: One set of as built plans and specifications for the improvements herein required, certified and signed by an engineer registered in the state of Oklahoma, shall be filed with the director of engineering services prior to the acceptance by the mayor and board of commissioners of any improvement installed by the subdivider.
