12-4-4: MAP CONTENTS:
The preliminary plat shall contain the following information:
   A.   Description:
      1.   The name of the subdivision, which shall not duplicate, be the same in spelling or alike in pronunciation with any other recorded subdivision in Garfield County.
      2.   Names of adjacent and adjoining subdivisions and the owners of adjoining parcels of unplatted land.
      3.   Names and addresses of the subdivider, owner and engineer or surveyor.
      4.   Location by section, range, township, city, county, state.
      5.   Names of any streets adjoining the proposed subdivision.
   B.   Existing Conditions:
      1.   Boundaries of the subdivision indicated by a heavy line and the approximate acreage.
      2.   Location, width, and name of any existing or platted street, railroad right of way, sidewalk, easement, park, permanent building, section, or corporate boundary.
      3.   Existing and proposed zoning of the subdivision and all adjoining land.
   C.   Survey Data:
      1.   Existing contours with intervals of not more than two feet (2'); elevations are to be based on sea level datum.
      2.   Drainage channels, defined flood hazard areas, power transmission poles and lines, and any other significant physical characteristic.
      3.   Vicinity map.
   D.   Drafting Of Plat: Date of preparation, scale of map, north arrow.
   E.   Proposal:
      1.   Location and principal dimensions for all proposed streets, sidewalks, alleys, easements, lot lines and areas to be reserved for public use.
      2.   Provisions for water supply.
      3.   Provisions for sewage disposal.
