12-4-3: FORM:

The preliminary plat shall be clearly and legibly drawn. The size of the plat map shall not be less than twenty four inches by thirty six inches (24" x 36"). All preliminary plats shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals one hundred feet (1" = 100'), unless otherwise recommended by the planning administrator. (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
