12-3-9: POLICY FOR APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL LOT SPLITS:
If a lot, parcel or tract has previously been subdivided, any subsequent lot split requests may be disapproved by the planning commission if, in the opinion of the commission, it is determined that the intent and purpose of the subdivision regulations is being circumvented by the approval of any additional lot splits, at which time platting shall be required.
