12-3-8: CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL:
When a lot split has been approved by the planning commission, such approval shall be shown by certification signed and dated by the director on the instrument of transfer. The applicant may then file the instrument with the county clerk. (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
