12-3-6: ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW; FEE:
Upon receipt of a lot survey, other supporting data and fee, the director shall review a lot split proposal for conformance with this title. To partially defray the costs of administrative procedures, a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid to the city clerk at the time of application submittal for lot split approval. (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
