12-3-4: DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS:
A meeting is recommended between the director of community development and the applicant before the submittal of any proposed subdivision. The purpose of the meeting is to determine the proper classification of the subdivision and to provide technical assistance in the review of the proposal. Prior to design review, the applicant should prepare a development sketch of the proposed subdivision consisting of those elements as outlined below:
   A.   The general dimensions of the existing lot and the lot(s) to be created by the subdivision;
   B.   The location of any rights of way or easements on or abutting the lot;
   C.   The location of any utilities on or abutting the lot; and
   D.   The location of any structure or other improvements on the lot. (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
