12-3-3: APPROVAL PROCEDURE:
Whenever any lot split is proposed, the applicant shall secure approval in accordance with the following procedure:
   A.   Design review process;
   B.   Administrative review;
   C.   Planning commission approval; and
   D.   Recording of deed(s). (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
