12-3-1: AUTHORITY:
The Enid metropolitan area planning commission, pursuant to the powers and jurisdiction vested through 19 Oklahoma Statutes section 866.13, does hereby exercise the power and authority to review, approve and disapprove transfers of land hereinafter referred to as "lot splits". (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
