12-1-5: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:
Except as provided in this title:
   A.   Conformity Of Subdivision: No person shall subdivide any tract of land which is located within the city, except in conformity with the provisions of this title.
   B.   Exemption: Plats containing not more than three (3) lots may be exempted from the provisions of all or part of the procedural regulations in chapter 2 of this title, upon written approval of the planning commission. (Ord. 98-25, 9-1-1998)
