11-16-2: EXEMPTION:
Section 11-16-3 does not apply to property zoned R-6 (Mobile Home Park), R-7 (Residential Multi-Family) or residentially zoned property on lots greater than one acre in size, excepting subsection A and B of said section. (Ord. 2020-14, 7-21-2020)
