(a) The County of Montgomery is hereby authorized to make all inspections of electrical wiring in buildings and structures in the City and to issue permits and collect fees therefor.

(b) The County of Montgomery is hereby authorized to make all inspections of plumbing in buildings and structures in the City and to issue permits and collect fees therefor.

(c) Qualified building inspection officials of the City of Englewood shall make or cause to be made all other inspections of buildings and structures to determine compliance with all applicable building codes in effect at the time and shall issue permits and collect fees therefor.
