1268.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The administration and enforcement of this Zoning Code is hereby vested in the following offices of the City.
   (a)   Council.
   (b)   The Planning Commission.
   (c)   The Code Enforcement Officer .
   (d)   The Board of Zoning Appeals.
