Street lighting shall be furnished by the developer by way of underground wiring feeding poles with fixtures attached, providing light of an intensity and quality customarily sanctioned and installed by the electric power company (Dayton Power and Light).
The developer is responsible for all trenching and backfilling associated with the required installation of underground street lighting. Such trenching and backfilling shall be performed in accordance with standards of the electric power company and the City Engineer.
The developer is responsible for all other costs of street light installation as would be levied by the electric power company, including, but not limited to, the fees required to be paid before poles and fixtures are installed by the power company.
