1250.04 SANITARY SEWERS.
   Sanitary sewers shall be completed in accordance with the plans and profiles prepared for the subdivider by a registered professional engineer and approved by the City Engineer to meet such standards for design and construction as Council may adopt and to be in accordance with the City's Wastewater Collection System General Plan Concept. In the case of sanitary sewers that connect into the Montgomery County Greater Northridge Sanitary Sewer District, the sanitary sewers shall be approved by the City Engineer, the Montgomery County Sanitary Engineer and the City of Dayton. Sanitary sewer construction shall be carried out under City supervision within the time fixed or agreed upon by the City Engineer. All inspection costs shall be paid for by the subdivider.
   Public sanitary sewers shall be installed to adequately serve all lots, including lateral connections to the public system. Public sewer extensions shall meet the requirements of the City.
   All new buildings on zoning lots shall be connected to the City's public sanitary sewerage system. Combinations of, or cross-connections between, sanitary sewers and storm sewers are prohibited.
