Prior to the submission of a preliminary plat, the owner or subdivider shall meet with the Code Enforcement Officer to present a concept plan of the proposed subdivision and to participate in an informal conference regarding plans for development. Such a conference will aid in the conservation of time, effort and expense by acquainting the owner or subdivider early and informally with these Regulations, the Englewood Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the Official Thoroughfare Plan, other official plans, the Zoning Code, and water, waste water and storm drainage systems in the area of the proposed subdivision.
