1242.16 FEE FOR REVIEWING LOT SPLITS AND MINOR LAND DIVISIONS THAT ARE NOT SUBDIVISIONS.

The fee to be charged for reviewing lot splits and minor divisions of land which do not meet the definition of subdivision in Section 1240.08(b)(45) shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per acre of land to be transferred, computed to the nearest one-tenth of an acre.
