1240.05 SEPARABILITY.

If any part, section, provision or clause of these Regulations is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of these Regulations as a whole or of any other part, section, provision or clause of these Regulations.
