The permittee or the owner of any property on which work has been done pursuant to a permit granted hereunder, or any other person or agent in control of such property, shall maintain in good condition and promptly repair or restore all grade surfaces, walls, drains, dams, structures, plantings, vegetation, erosion and sediment control measures and other protective devices. Such repair and/or restoration and maintenance shall be in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and permit as required by this chapter until permanent measures are accepted by the City.
