Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the City Engineer, after notice, for:
(a) Violation of any condition of the permit;
(b) Violation of any provision of this chapter or any other applicable law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to the work; or
(c) Existence of any condition or the doing of any act constituting or creating a nuisance or hazard or endangering human life or the property of others.
