(a) The Planning Commission (Administration Board for Planning and Zoning Appeals) shall have such powers and perform such duties as are provided in the Zoning Code.
(b) The Commission shall perform such duties and have such powers as are provided in the Subdivision Regulations.
(c) The Commission shall perform such duties and have such powers as are provided in Chapter 1280 (Signs).
(d) The Commission shall review, evaluate and make such recommendations to Council concerning the physical, environmental, social, economic and governmental characteristics, functions, services and other aspects of development affecting the City. The Commission may make special maps and studies whenever necessary to promote better understanding and administration of its functions or other planning or development matters.
(e) The Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure not inconsistent with law.
(f) The Commission may adopt such regulations not inconsistent with law necessary for the proper and efficient administration of its functions.
