1070.15 MODEL AIRPLANES AND OTHER NOISE-MAKING DEVICES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person in or adjacent to a park shall operate any engine-powered model or toy airplane, boat, car, siren or any other noise-making device without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Manager.
