1070.14 OPERATION OF VEHICLES; PARKING.
   (a)   Driving in Permitted Areas. No person shall operate a vehicle in a park except on and within the paths and roads provided for such vehicle.
   (b)   Reckless Operation. No person shall operate a vehicle in a park in such a manner as to endanger the operator thereof or any other person or property.
   (c)   Barricades. No person shall drive around, cause to be moved or damage any barricade or barrier placed in a park to temporarily or permanently close a road to traffic.
   (d)   Speed. No person shall operate a vehicle in a park in excess of ten miles per hour.
   (e)   Parking. No person shall park a vehicle in a park, except in places designated for such purpose.
   (f)   After-Hours Parking. No person shall leave a vehicle in a park during the hours when the park is closed. After two hours, a vehicle so left is subject to tow at the owner's expense.
   (g)   One-Way Roads. No person shall drive a vehicle in a park on a road or path in a direction other than that indicated by traffic signs.
   (h)   Trucks. No person shall drive a truck, tractor or other vehicle, which is at that time used for the transportation of goods or materials, over a park road without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Manager.
   (i)   Safety and Load Limits. No person shall operate a vehicle in a park when such vehicle fails to comply with the equipment and load restrictions contained in Ohio R. C. 4513.01 through 4513.34, as now in effect or hereafter amended.
   (j)   Impounding Vehicles. A vehicle in a park in violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be removed or caused to be removed by a police officer to a location in or outside of a park, where the same may be kept until the owners or their authorized representatives obtain an order from the Police Department releasing such vehicles to the owners thereof or their authorized representatives.
   (k)   Licensed Drivers. No person shall drive a motor vehicle in a park unless such person is licensed as an operator or chauffeur.
   (1)   Registered Vehicles. No person shall drive a motor vehicle in a park unless such motor vehicle has been registered as provided in Ohio R. C. Chapters 4501 and 4503, as now in effect or hereafter amended.
   (m)   Alcoholic Beverages. No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a park while driving or parking in a motor vehicle.
   (n)   "Peeling." No person shall intentionally accelerate a motor vehicle in a park causing the rubber tires to mark or deface park roadway surfaces.
   (o)   Motorized Bicycles; Motorcycles. Mopeds, motor bikes and motorcycles shall not be operated or parked in a park in areas designated off-limits to motor vehicles.
