1070.05 PROTECTION OF ANIMALS; HUNTING AND FISHING.
   No person in a park shall:
   (a)   Hunt, trap or in any other way abuse, molest, injure, pursue or destroy an animal;
   (b)   Move, injure or destroy a bird nest, egg or animal habitation;
   (c)   Fish in park waters in a manner or at a time prohibited by Ohio R. C. Chapter 1533, as now in effect or as hereafter amended;
   (d)   Fish in park waters without a license therefor from the State if such license is required by Ohio R. C. 1533.32 through 1533. as now in effect or as here after amended;
   (e)   Fish in park waters in violation of any sign prohibiting fishing or a manner thereof;
   (f)   Fish in park waters where a fee for such fishing is charged by the City, or for a license therefor, without paying such fee;
   (g)   Have in his or her possession an animal unless the animal is controlled by a lead or bridle or unless the animal is kept in a vehicle or suitably caged; (h) Abandon an animal;
   (i)   Hunt or fish with a bow and arrow except in areas designated therefor by the City and so posted;
   (j)   Have in his or her possession or shoot a crossbow; or
   (k)   Herd, graze, drive or permit to run at large within a park any bovine, horse, mule, donkey, goat, swine, sheep or other animal or poultry or other fowl.
