1070.03 REMOVAL OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.
   No person in a park shall:
   (a)   Remove any property, or part thereof, which is owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the City Manager;
   (b)   Remove any property, or part thereof, which is owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City, from its location, without first obtaining permission therefor from a City employee;
   (c)   Write upon, cut, mutilate, deface or damage in any manner any building, equipment or other property, or part thereof, which is owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City;
   (d)   Dig, move or carry away any rock, stone, sod, sand, earth, tree, wood, shrub, plant, flower, nut or other seed without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Manager; or
   (e)   Trample upon, injure, destroy, break, cut, chop or deface in any manner any stone, tree, shrub, plant or flower.
