As used in this chapter:
(a) "Animal" means a quadruped, bird, fish, reptile, amphibian or insect.
(b) "City" means the City of Englewood, Montgomery County, Ohio.
(c) "City Manager" means the City Manager of Englewood or his or her designee. (d) "Fish" and "fishing" mean taking or attempting to take fish by any method, and all other acts of placing, setting, drawing or using any device commonly used to take fish, whether resulting in such taking or not.
(e) "Motor vehicle" means any vehicle propelled or drawn by power other than muscular power.
(f) "Motorboat" means a watercraft propelled by a mechanical device, electric motor or internal combustion engine.
(g) "Park" means any land or water area owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City.
(h) "Park waters" means a lake, pond, reservoir, stream, channel, lagoon or other body of water, or any part thereof, whether natural or artificial, located in or adjoining a park.
(i) "Person" means an individual, company, partnership, corporation, association or combination of individuals, or an employee, agent or officer thereof.
(j) "Police officer" means a sworn officer of the Department of Police and every other law enforcement officer of the State or of any political subdivision thereof, including, but not limited to, State highway patrolmen, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, constables, conservancy district employees qualified under Ohio R. C. 2901.01 and Division of Wildlife game protectors.
(k) "Vehicle" means anything on wheels.
(1) ' Watercraft" means any vessel designed for navigation on water, including, but not limited to, a rowboat, sailboat or motorboat.
