(a) Self-monitoring of wastewater discharges shall be conducted by users upon request of the Director of Service. Pollutants to be sampled, sampling methods and locations, times, durations and frequencies of sampling shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Director.
(b) When self-monitoring analyses are required of a user, the user may, upon approval of the Director, make arrangements with a laboratory, including that of the user, to perform such analyses. The measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of wastewater required by this chapter shall be performed using methods acceptable to the Director and by a laboratory approved by the Director.
(c) Self-monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Director upon request.
