The property owner or consumer shall be responsible for all costs of materials and work necessary to install a sewer service line and appurtenances in accordance with the Montgomery County Uniform Building Code, as adopted in Chapter 1420 of Part Fourteen - the Building and Housing Code, which shall begin at the sewer main serving the premises and continue to or onto the property served or point of use.
The property owner or consumer shall expose the sewer main at the point to be tapped.
