An approved connection permit authorizes a property owner or consumer to connect to and discharge sewage into the sewer system as permitted in this chapter and as restricted by the City from time to time and in a like manner and with the same privileges as other property owners and consumers connected to the sewer system. The City will tap the sewer main serving the property owner's or consumer's premises.
