The Department of Service shall inspect all sewer service connections and lines and shall not approve the delivery of water to the premises unless the sewer service connection and line have been installed in conformity with approved standards for materials and workmanship. The fee for such inspection shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per thirty-five linear feet or part thereof.
