Applications for connection permits shall be made on a form required by the Director of Finance and shall contain such information necessary to determine the ownership, location, use or proposed use of the property to be served, the amount of sewage likely to be discharged by the consumer, the location of the building or other point of discharge on the property and such other information, plans, documents and assurances required by the Director to process the application.
