Sewer service to consumers may be discontinued without notice if breaks in sewer mains occur, pumping equipment breaks down, or construction, reconstruction, repair, replacement, cleaning, extending or tapping of mains requires, and no claims for damages of any nature whatsoever arising from such action shall be paid.
