1044.27 EXTENSIONS GENERALLY.

   Water distribution mains may be extended in the City by one of the three following methods:

   (a)   Special assessments basis as per Ohio R.C. Chapter 727;

   (b)   Installation charge basis as set out in this chapter; and

   (c)   Requirement for development as set out in the Subdivision Regulations.
