Applications for connection permits shall be made in a form required by the Director of Finance and shall contain such information necessary to determine the ownership, location, use or proposed use of the property to be served, the amount of water likely to be required by the consumer, the location. of the building or other point of use on the property and such other information, plans, documents and assurances required by the Director of Finance to process the application.
