Water supply through the City's water mains may be shut off without notice to consumers if breaks in mains, pumping equipment breakdown, reservoir failures, construction, reconstruction, repair, replacement, cleaning, extending or tapping of mains requires, and no claims for damages of any nature whatsoever arising from such action will be paid.
