(a) When an application is approved, a permit shall be issued to the applicant authorizing the following:
(1) Small cell work permit. A permit to perform the approved removal, replacement, maintenance, or work, subject to any conditions;
(2) Small cell collocation permit. A permit to perform the approved removal, replacement, or installation, and grant occupancy within the right-of-way, subject to any conditions;
(3) Wireless support structure. A permit to construct, modify, or replace a wireless support structure in the right-of-way.
(b) An applicant seeking collocation of a small cell facility to a wireless support structure owned by the City and located within the right-of-way may be issued a permit for such collocation, subject to the conditions applicable to other permits under this chapter and conditions permitted for such collocation pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.
