1024.08 CUTTING OF TREES AND SHRUBS IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (a)   No person shall cut a tree or bush within the public right of way without first obtaining a permit therefor, for which there shall be no fee.
   (b)   A person wishing to cut a tree or bush within the public right of way shall apply to the City Manager for a permit to do so. The permit shall include the name and address of the person making application, the name and address of the owner of the property adjoining the right of way in which the planting is to be cut, if not the applicant, and the location of the planting.
