1024.01 PROGRAM ESTABLISHED; PURPOSE.

A street beautification program is hereby established within the City to encourage and promote the beautification of streets and public ways through plantings of suitable shade and ornamental trees. This chapter shall provide for cooperation between the City and property owners within the City for the purpose of this chapter.
