884.16 FAILURE TO REGISTER OR TO FURNISH DATA.
   No person, with purpose to defraud the City, shall:
   (a)   Fail or refuse to register as required by this chapter; or
   (b)   Fail to furnish any return, supplemental return or other data required by the Director of Finance under this chapter.
