884.15 DEFRAUDING THE CITY.

No person, with purpose to defraud the City, shall remove, conceal, destroy, encumber, convey or otherwise deal with any of his or her property with the intent to hinder the collection of sums of money due to the City under this chapter or while a sum of money is due to the City under this chapter.
