660.175 SMOKING IN PUBLIC FACILITIES AND VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person shall smoke or carry lighted tobacco in any form in the enclosed areas of all Municipal buildings and vehicles.
   (b)   Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
