(a) During a strike, no union shall:
(1) Encourage or provide pickets to have more signs than one per person;
(2) Encourage pickets to march or walk within ten feet of a residence or residential district;
(3) Encourage pickets or other strikers to use obscenities or violence or to impede access to any building or place;
(4) Encourage pickets or strikers to interfere with the public's right to go about its business without interference; or
(5) Encourage pickets or strikers to interfere with other employees.
(b) Whoever causes a union to violate this section is guilty of unlawful union activities, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense; for a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(c) The union itself, for a violation of this section, is guilty of unlawful activities by unions, a misdemeanor of the third degree for a first offense; for a second or subsequent offense, such union is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(d) Each separate act shall be a separate offense. A separate offense shall also be deemed committed for each day a union is guilty of a violation of this section.
