(a) No picket, during a strike, shall:
(1) Interfere with members of the public in any way;
(2) March closer together than ten feet;
(3) Picket within ten feet of a residence or residential district;
(4) Have more than one sign per person;
(5) Use signs for any purpose other than communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion;
(6) Use obscenities in any manner;
(7) Engage in any form of violence; or
(8) Use any means to limit access to a building, premises or place by members of the public or other employees of a business.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of unlawful picketing, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense; for a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
