618.19 KEEPING OF VICIOUS ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall keep, possess, harbor, maintain or have the care, custody or control of a vicious animal in the City.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
