(a) No person shall keep or harbor any animal or fowl in the Municipality so as to create noxious or offensive odors or unsanitary conditions which are a menace to the health, comfort or safety of the public.

(b) The housing or maintaining of any livestock or farm animal(s) including but not limited to any pig (including any potbellied pig), sheep, horse, cow, goat, beehive, chicken (or any other fowl or poultry), any cloven-hoofed animal not already specified, and/or any other animal or animals traditionally maintained in an agricultural setting for animal husbandry, shall be prohibited within the City.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
