Municipal Court

EDITOR'S NOTE: The City does not have a Mayor's Court. Violators of City ordinances are prosecuted in the Municipal Court of the City of Vandalia.

Resolution 39-83, passed September 13, 1983, authorized the establishment of an Unofficial Satellite Juvenile Court in the City.

There are no sections in Chapter 290. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
